SUSAN Willis asked why I think that people may be interested in reading my views in Hear All Sides (HAS, May 19).
I certainly do not think I am above anyone and, just like the many other contributors, I feel no shame in airing my views.
If people like her and Bill Callen (HAS, also May 19) do not like my letters, then do not read them. All you have to do, is simply check out my name, shout into your tea mugs, read the other contributions and not take my letters so seriously, dudes, as I am no different to the average garden daffodil that manically sways in the wind.
Many thanks to Dave Adams (HAS, May 13), M Stainsby (HAS, May 16) and Mark Walker (HAS, May 19) for their letters of support, and cheers to those who often encourage me to keep writing to HAS. I don’t intend to let my pen run dry just yet.
Christopher Wardell, Darlington.
