Acid test

May I suggest the following in order to provide a “starting point”.

Publish a break-down of the current council organisation to include:

● how many departments there are with how many employees in each department;

● a brief summary of each department’s task(s);

● the current wages for each post within the council (note: not named persons);

This would give the council tax-paying public a chance to see where their money is going and show us whether or not the council expands or contracts over the coming year.
