I ENDORSE the remarks of Peter Armon (HAS, April 10) about the extra £1.25 monthly charge imposed by Virgin Media for payments made by paper bills as opposed to ebills.
This is most unfair on the less well-off who can’t afford a computer (30 per cent of the population) and the handicapped, who may have difficulty operating one.
It does seem that the most vulnerable of our society are being penalised.
Colin Duddles, Norton, Stockton.
