THE burden of the latest increase in fuel tax once again falls on the low paid.
If fuel prices continue to rise, people won't be able to afford to drive to work. These rises affect everything, particularly the cost of getting all the food to the supermarket shelves. Gordon Brown could ease this situation just by dropping the duty on fuel. What sort of incentive does this give people to go to work?
