CORRESPONDENT BE Cooper states that England is "the only country without a national party"
(HAS, Sept 13) and suggests the creation of an ENP (English National Party).
In fact there are two. The English Democrats Party is committed to a devolved English Parliament, and the English Independence Party, whose aims are self-evident. Take your pick.
