IN recent months I have become a keen watcher of the "Grumpy"

programmes on TV. These shows consist of the middle-aged celebrities being allowed to chunter along at some length about aspects of modern life which annoy them.

However, I always feel that there is something missing and that something has to be Prince Charles. He appears to be weighed down with the cares of the world and seems even more unhappy with living in the 21st Century.

He would be a natural grump and I am sure he would soon be a star of the programme. It would also give him something to do during his seemingly endless wait to ascend the throne.
