I AM engaged in a bitter battle over bills with Virgin Media. Last week I received yet another sour little letter from the Director of Customer Retention (yes really). I immediately rang up and said I wished to speak with this fellow. They declined to put me through because he "did not speak to customers". Enough said: take your business elsewhere.
