EVIL enough it is that separated fathers who want to see their children are repeatedly denied access and their children consequently suffer the loss of their natural fathers and other relatives, and are more likely to be in trouble.
Worse is to come if the Parliamentary Bill, Human Tissues and Embryos, were to be made law, for it explicitly proposes in experiments "no man is to be treated as the father of the child".
