SILLY season is back. The price of a holiday goes through the roof during school summer holiday time.
Is it any wonder parents on a budget keep their children out of school at other times?
You only have to check on any holiday website - the price goes up at school holiday time. Why, oh why, don't they clamp down?
I speak to families from Darlington and the prices they pay is unreal.
Once children go back to school the prices plummet. It's not fair for a family to be ripped off in this way.
I have a bar in Tenerife. I don't hike my prices up because it is school holiday time (not that I could - once they have paid for their holiday they haven't got much left). It's really sad that nobody is fighting their case.
