Sharon Griffiths, our former columnist who will be much missed
I AM sure I will echo the feelings of many readers when I say how sorry I am that Sharon’s column last week was her last.
What a great journalist, always on the pulse with topical issues, told beautifully with clarity and a sharp sense of humour.
We’ve had so many email conversations over the years, I came to think of her as a friend even though we never met.
A real loss to our cherished local newspaper.
