WHAT an absolute shambles the Darlington to Durham Number 7 bus service is at the moment.
To get into Durham from Ferryhill, you alternate between three buses coming together or none coming for 40 minutes.
The ones heading for Darlington all seem to be “Not in Service”, while the queue in Durham bus station is back to North Road entrance.
It was not a good idea to wrap the vehicles in signs telling passengers that there’s a bus every 15 minutes. Why does the bus company never inform the public if there are problems?
