HEAR ALL SIDES: Letters to the Editor
I TOO am a responsible dog owner (HAS, June 5) but a large man who lives not too far away does the most dreadful thing I have seen.
He never used to pick up his dog’s mess till I told him about it, then he started to pick it up - but now he throws it into a pensioner’s hedge on his way home which is yards from a dog bin.
I have given the council his address on a number of occasions and have witnesses to this act but nothing has been done yet.
What do we have to do to stop this man?
