IT has become very apparent over the last few weeks that all the articles/editorials and letters in the local and national press express voters' dissatisfaction with politicians of all hues over their substandard performance and behaviour.

As the actual employer of MPs, is it not about time they found out what we want instead of assuming that they know what we want (assume can mean making an ass out of you and me which seems to happen so often to us, their actual employer)?

We have found out that, as far as politicians are concerned, a new broom does not sweep clean. The same old problems just get swept under the carpet, to our cost. Will they ever change?
