CAN we have too much Remembrance (HAS, Nov 11)?
No doubt this year’s Remembrance Day seems to have outdone other years in commemorating the 100th anniversary of the First World War.
However, it would be a tragedy and a failing to those who gave their all to let it lapse.
As the preacher said: "We must never stop remembering, but at the same time we must move on."
As the whole nation stood as one during the two minutes silence, I think they would agree to that.
