PRESUMABLY, if holiday operators are prevented from reducing prices at off-peak times in order to encourage extra business, then those of us who are unable to travel by train after 9am, or reach our local bar before 7pm can complain that off-peak rail fares and happy hour drinks prices are unfair too?
