IN response to JM Gowland’s letter (June 28) about the ongoing passports crisis, might I suggest that he does not judge unfortunate people caught up in this affair.
I am one of those who have lost a lot of money, through no fault of my own.
I suggest that Mr Gowland not be allowed to make sweeping comments through the letters page, unless he is aware of the facts.
