THIS must be the worst EU country for building roads, or in this case Stonebridge roundabout.
Why does it take so long ?
I can see no reason why the work building the new Stonebridge roundabout in the centre of Darlington cannot be done on a 24-hour basis.
I fail to see how the project is going to improve traffic flow. All I can envisage is longer traffic tailbacks. It looks like another waste of money.
