WHO is to blame for England’s exit from the World Cup?
The referees did not help our cause, although, even before the tournament began, England were simply not world class in their friendlies.
It is not Roy Hodgson or Wayne Rooney to blame but rather the system. The Premier League gives our World Cup opponents the best football experience available in the world, while starving our own players of the same opportunities.
It is time that we went back to restricting the foreign players allowed to play in our Premier League to three per team.
As with immigration, it is time that we put the people of Britain first.
It is time also to have a referendum, giving our own citizens a vote on whether to stay in or leave the EU, within six months.
This is a point that I have raised with the Liberal Democrat President.
