IN response to the article (Echo, May 23) regarding Parklands Residential Home, in Crook, I would like to say that both relatives and friends of residents have only admiration for all the hard work and care that the staff give to making the residents’ lives more comfortable.
Never does anyone enter Parklands to see residents not being cared for by all the staff, who carry out their duties in a very professional way, and they always make family and friends welcome.
I am hoping the article will not reflect on their work, but knowing the staff as I do, they will continue to work in their usual professional way.
