THROUGH your column, may I thank all those who braved the wind and weather – including hailstones – to visit Chatwyn House garden, in Hurworth, last week.
Their kind donations have enabled the funding of duvets, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and towels for 20 rooms for the new 700 Club facility to be opened in June.
This practical help is dedicated to homeless people of the Darlington area.
