IT is now a daily ritual for one minister or another to display the utter confusion of the cabinet under the incompetent leadership of David Cameron.
The Home Secretary is being frequently embarrassed by the radical cleric Abu Qatada who now says he personally will decide if he is to return to Jordan and not Theresa May.
We have the Prime Minister being ignored completely by the Russian President Vladimir Putin over the Syrian conflict (Echo, May 11) and we have Iain Duncan Smith and Chancellor George Osborne always looking completely confused and oblivious to reality when they are talking about benefits and the economy.
After another 15 months of this I shudder to imagine what a shambolic situation this oncegreat country will be in.
Richard Payne, Billingham.
