MONDAY marked the tenth anniversary of when Tony Blair took Britain to war against Iraq.
Since then hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women and children have been killed or injured.
Thousands have been abducted to be brutalised in camps such as Abu Ghraib.
On both sides of the Atlantic the love of many a parent, partner, child and relative has been reduced to a name carved in a stone that will never love them back.
Hugh Pender (HAS, Mar 18) considers Margaret Thatcher to be a terrorist. Others claim Tony Blair to a war criminal.
No matter the justification or in whose name they claim to act, a terrorist will always be someone’s freedom fighter and a war criminal will always be a war criminal.
