WHEN it comes to property, Sarah Beeny’s advice is, well, safe as houses, and while she may have hit problem after problem at one time in a restoration nightmare at Rise Hall, the lady certainly does know what she’s talking about.
Chances are that the people in line to get her help selling their properties in new series Sarah Beeny’s Selling Houses will be jumping for joy – after all, what Sarah doesn’t know about the property market isn’t worth knowing.
First up, Ms Beeny’s assisting three people from Brighton who have so far had no luck selling their homes. However, as always in the projects she takes on, it looks like she may have her work cut out.
She views a cottage with a neglected garden, a cluttered family home and a modernised Victorian terrace with a dated bathroom. Will anything catch the eye of potential buyer Adele?
