After a busy day do you struggle to serve up tasty nutritious meals that all the family will enjoy? Does your family eat at different times? Frozen food is the ideal solution for the harrassed mum or working parent, as you can have a stock of high-quality prepared food that can be turned into a satisfying meal in minutes. This is especially helpful if busy schedules mean that you can’t always sit down to eat together. So, if you’re delayed at work or the kids are late home from school it’s reassuring to know that there’s always a quick, nutritious meal in the freezer. And remember that frozen food retains all the vitamins that fresh food can lose.
With such a large selection of ready-meals from well-known brands, and the ease of cooking them, frozen food takes the hassle out of menu planning and food preparation – ideal for today’s busy housewife or working parent. Frozen food from Farmfoods is tasty, nutritious, convenient, and the prices are unbelievably low.

ITHINK a pat on the back for both the Identity and Passport Service and the Post Office is due. On the afternoon of Saturday, October 24, I took two passport renewal applications into our local post office in Thornaby to use their Check & Send service. I was told that it would be Monday the 26th before the forms would be sent off and lo and behold on Friday the 30th the two new passports appeared through our letter box.
Well done to both organisations.
