SARAH BEENY hosted the first series of property show Selling Houses, but this time the presenter is Amanda Lamb, from A Place in the Sun and You Deserve This House.
In each edition she meets three homeowners who take a peek at each other’s properties to check out the competition.
Then, armed with £1,000 and advice from the presenter, they set about trying to make their place more appealing to buyers.
The first location is Sutton, where potential purchaser Leigh has a whopping £350,000 to spend, but who will impress him the most? If Mike doesn’t change his decor, it won’t be him. Meanwhile, Emma’s home has poor kerb appeal, and Darren and Tracey’s only has two bedrooms.
