THE Holiday Inn at Scotch Corner is holding its first Prom Fayre on Sunday.
The hotel, at the junction of the A1 and A66, near Darlington, which recently underwent a multi-million pound refurbishment, would like to hear from local businesses keen to showcase items such as jewellery, accessories, clothes and make-up free of charge at the event. The event will run from noon until 3pm.
“This promises to be a glamorous, fun afternoon, showcasing all the elements of a successful prom in stylish and modern surroundings,” says Holiday Inn spokesman Paul Weild.
The hotel has launched a prom package for pupils keen to celebrate their school days. Tickets cost from £25 per person.
