IN the past few weeks the flooding in Somerset was classed as an alert.
Now it has reached the outskirts of London it is classed as a flood crisis. I notice that the Government has been concentrating on Wraysbury, which looks a very affluent area with boats moored at the bottom of the gardens. I wonder if they are now receiving more help than those people in the Somerset flood plains?
