FUTURE engineers had the chance to try hands on tasks when Riveting Stuff set up stall in Stockton over the weekend.
The event was celebrating the industrial heritage of the region while looking to tempt the next generation of engineers to continue the rich tradition.
Throughout the weekend there were a number of exhibitions and demonstrations and visitors could also take part in a raft or bridge building challenge.
There was also a chance to watch a new documentary on the history of local firm Head Wrightson which was screened for the first time today (Sunday).
