A crew from Thornaby Station in Stockton was called to a house in Wear Crescent in Eaglescliffe, Stockton, at about 10.15am this morning (WED), following reports that a little boy, three, had locked himselfin a bathroom. They used tools to force open the door and rescue the toddler who was unhurt.

MIMA MELA: Mima gallery of modern art in Middlesbrough will be joining in the town’s multicultural Mela celebrations in Centre Square on Saturday and Sunday, June 8 and 9. Children can experiment with sparkles and feathers by playing with the Mela art trolley from 1pm to 4pm and the gallery will be hosting free 15-minute Bollywood dancing taster sessions on Sunday, June 9 from 1pm to 3.45pm.
