NOISY NEIGHBOURS: A LATE-NIGHT call-out service run by Hartlepool Council to clampdown on noise nuisance will resume this weekend. It will operate from 10pm-3am on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer, beginning this Friday (May 31) and finishing on Saturday, August 31. Residents can call a dedicated mobile telephone number – 07789 921338 – to report loud music, rowdy parties and other noise-related problems.
