A brand new craft market selling a unique range of handmade products comes to Stockton’s Parish Gardens on Saturday. The Makers’ Market will showcase hand-crafted goods from kiln glass jewellery, bespoke candles, handcrafted textiles and homemade cupcakes. Traders will be on site in Parish Gardens, just off Stockton High Street, on Saturday, May 11, from 10am to 4pm. Admission to the market is free.
BERWICK HILLS: The Annual General Meeting of Berwick Hills Community Council takes place at Berwick Hills Primary School on Monday, May 13, from 6.30pm. Anyone experiencing problems or who has suggestions on improvements that can be made in the area is invited to attend. There will also be an opportunity for new members to join the community council.
RUNNING CLUB: A new women’s running club aimed at beginners is launching in Hartlepool ahead of the Cancer Research UK’s 5K Race for Life which is being held in the town on June 30. The sessions start on Wednesday, May 15, for six weeks at Summerhill from 6pm to 7pm costing £16.50.
