A POLICE officer has been placed on restricted duties for a year after an allegation that he stole a colleague's biscuits.
The unidentified male office offered the biscuits round the office after he found a packet lying around at the police station.
He has been taken off street duties in Kingston, London, since last June while an investigation is carried out.
