The first knockout round of the Champions League is almost at an end, with teams aiming to reach the quarter final stages of Europe's most illustrious competition.
At the time of writing Liverpool narrowly overcame Italian side Inter Milan 2-1 on aggregate, whilst German champions Bayern Munch ruthlessly dispatched RB Salzburg 8-2 on aggregate after a 7-1 home win on Tuesday (March 8).
Other English sides are in a favourable position to progress as Manchester City take a 5-0 lead into their second leg against Sporting Lisbon, whilst Chelsea are already 2-0 up on Lille.
Meanwhile, it is still all to play for with Manchester United who drew 1-1 with Spanish side Atletico Madrid in their first encounter.

In the other fixtures Ajax vs Benfica and Juventus vs Villareal are still deadlocked at 2-2 and 1-1 respectively ahead of their second legs, whilst PSG take a narrow 1-0 lead to their away tie at the Bernabeu against Real Madrid.
When is the Champions League Quarter Final draw?
It is currently scheduled to take place at 11am GMT on Friday, March 18 at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.
BT Sport will broadcast live coverage of the draw at the time in the UK.
As well as the quarter final draw, teams will also be drawn in a path for the semi-finals, meaning this will be the final draw of this season’s competition.
