Since Paralympian Kadeena Cox was crowned queen of Celebrity Masterchef back in September, we have been desperate to get back into the kitchen.
And finally, the wait is over with Masterchef: The Professionals returning to our screens tonight.
We will be reunited with Monica Galetti, Gregg Wallace and Marcus Wareing as they judge the first four competitors of the hit BBC show's 14th season.

Masterchef: The Professionals returns tonight ( Monday, November 8 2021).
The programme where professional chefs fight it out to be crowned a Masterchef champion will air at 7.35pm on BBC Two.
The show will actually be on again at 8.30pm for the second instalment of its 22-episode series.
In tonight's episodes, we will follow four competitors as they go through their first challenge.
The chefs will have only 20 minutes to cook the classic British dinner: bangers and mash with beer and onion gravy.
Out of the four chefs, judges Monica, Gregg and Marcus will pick the two best dishes and will give the winning cooks a second chance to impress them with a monkfish, pea and bacon ragout.
In tonight's second episode, our first four chefs will return to the kitchen where they will have the chance to show off their unique cooking style to the judges.
The judges will then decide who has done enough to go through to the next heat and who will be going home.
When will Masterchef: The Professionals be on this week?
Masterfans fans, we're being spoiled this week with not one, not two but four new episodes this week.
The competition for the best professional chefs will also be back on Thursday at 9pm on BBC Two.
Only two chefs will join Monday's successful cooks in Friday's first quarter-final.
The first quarter-final of the series will be broadcast on Friday (November 12) at 8.30pm
Who won Masterchef: The Professionals 2020?
Alex Webb was the winner of Masterchef: The Professionals in the shows' 2020 run.
The-Essex-born chef won last year's competition, aged just 25.
The head chef began cooking at the same restaurant where he worked as a pot washer when he was 15, before being promoted and then winning the BBC Two series.
Masterchef: The Professionals returns tonight at 7.35 pm and 8.30pm on BBC Two.
