BUDDING triathletes are being encouraged to sign up for new sessions ahead of the Redcar Triathlon, which takes place on Sunday, July 31.
The programme, which is funded through the Community Investment Fund from Sport England, begins on Sunday, from 10am to noon, at Huntcliff School, Saltburn. Further sessions take place on July 17 and July 24.
A British Triathlon coach will lead the sessions and can tailor programmes to suit individual fitness goals.
Participants must be aged over 16 and admission costs £4 per session. To book a place, call Steve Mussett on 01642-496430.
