RESIDENTS in Stockton are being invited to have their say on regeneration proposals tomorrow.
Plans for the Swainby Road area have been drawn up thanks to funding from the Homes and Community Agency. So far, 73 properties have been demolished in Swainby Road, Danby Road Danby Court and Faceby Place.
Stockton Borough Council is inviting residents to have their say at a consultation event in the Frank Wiseman Centre, in Stewart Road, between 3pm and 7pm.
Representatives from the council, Tristar Homes and DTZ, the company which has put together the design proposals, will be on hand to talk to residents.
Councillor Steve Nelson, Stockton Borough Council's cabinet member for housing and community safety, said: "Stockton council is committed to delivering an ambitious housing regeneration programme across the whole borough to ensure all residents can enjoy good-quality housing in well-designed neighbourhoods."
