A PUB that closed its doors less than a month ago leaving drinkers fearing for its future has bucked the national trend and reopened.
The Victoria, on Dundas Street East, Saltburn, has been taken over by Roy Myers and Janet Coser, who also run popular seaside locals O'Gradys in Redcar and The Pier Inn in Whitby.
Janet said: "We've had a really great first few weeks, nice and busy. We're getting some really lovely feedback from people, and we seem to be welcoming back a lot of former regulars who had maybe distanced themselves a little from the pub in the recent past."
