HUNDREDS of pounds worth of items have been stolen from Stewart Park including a distinctive bouncy castle.
The parks depot in Marton, Middlesbrough, is thought to have been raided on Tuesday night.
Several doors were forced to break into the store rooms when goods was stolen including an inflatable bouncy castle in the shape of a spotty dog.
The bouncy castle is red and white with the words Middlesbrough Dog Warden Service clearly marked above and below the entrance ramp.
Specialist dog handling equipment and some dog cages belonging to the councils dog warden service have also disappeared.
Council staff are working closely with Cleveland Police and have appealed for information about the theft.
Extra security measures have been introduced and CCTV records are being checked.
