Three fire crews were called to the incident
THREE fire crews were called to a blaze in a flat in Brotton on Tuesday night (February 4).
A spokeswoman for Cleveland Fire Brigade said crews from Saltburn, Skelton and Loftus were sent to a ground floor flat in Linden House on Linden Road, Brotton, at 7.33pm.
The fire destroyed a camping gas cyclinder, damaged a gas cooker and caused smoke damage to the whole property.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
