A SILENT comedian who sold out his show at last year’s Edinburgh Festival is coming to town.
The comedian, who calls himself The Boy With Tape on his Face, is due to play Middlesbrough Town Hall Crypt on Monday, June 3.
The Boy, also known as Sam Wills, and has been compared Harold Lloyd, sold out his entire 750 capacity per night month long run at the Edinburgh Festival, winning the Fosters Comedy award along the way.
He said: “I can’t wait to play Teesside again, it’s always a great gig. At Saltburn last year we even commandeered a bar stool from a local coffee shop, luckily they were happy to oblige.”
Tickets cost £14. To find out more call 01642 729729.
