Shop workers Jane Williams with Wellington Square mascot Welly the Elephant promote free Halloween fun
FREE spooky family fun is on offer on Halloween.
Stockton's Wellington Shopping Square mascot Welly the Elephant will lead the free activities on Wednesday, October 31.
There will be a free magical workshop to help children make Halloween masks, a fancy dress competition and a ghostly treasure hunt.
Centre Manager Rob Gildersleeve said: “It won’t cost anyone a single penny to come and join the fun, and Welly the Elephant will be on hand to judge the fancy-dress contest right on the stroke of midday.
“Welly is a big favourite with kids of all ages, and we’re looking forward to plenty of spooky family fun on the day.”
The events take place between 11am and 3pm with the fancy dress contest judging at 12noon.
