Six gardens in Newsham, near Richmond, will be open to visitors on Sunday July 13th from 2:00pm until 6:00pm.
These vary from a small traditional cottage garden to a half acre site with ponds and a waterfall and includes Ivy House and Broaches Farm which have both previously been open with the National Garden Scheme.
Tickets will be on sale in the village hall along with cream teas and a plant stall. There will also be a fun family treasure hunt on foot around the village at the same time.
Admission is £3.00 for adults, children free.
The funds raised will go towards the refurbishment of the village hall kitchen and toilets.
