A HIGH-tech piece of specialist car maintenance equipment has been stolen from a garage in North Yorkshire.
The £6,000 Bosch KTS diagnostic machine was taken from a cupboard at Griffin Autos on Horsefair, Boroughbridge, sometime between 9am on September 26 and 9am on September 28.
It is believed the machine, which works on any make of vehicle, may have been taken during opening hours.
Officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the theft or has been offered the item for sale, to contact them with information.
Anyone who can help officers with their enquiries is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option two – and ask for PC Mick Place or Boroughbridge police. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
