A TEENAGE schoolboy left critically-ill after a brutal attack at a travelling fairground has finally been released from hospital.
Aaron Richardson, 15, suffered serious head injuries in the attack on September 17 and was placed in a medically-induced coma by doctors.
However after making a remarkable recovery the York High School pupil has now been released and has returned to his home in the city.
A 15-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, who were arrested in connection with the assault on York‘s Knavesmire, remain on police bail as enquiries continue and police are still appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Any one who can help should contact police on 0845 6060 247 or contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
