SCOUTS and Guides across the Northallerton district are deep in rehearsals for one of the biggest events of their year.
The town’s annual Gang Show is to be held from November 23 to 26 at the town’s Hambleton Forum.
Gang Shows are a world-wide phenomenon linked to Scouting and Guiding with hundreds of the variety shows being performed each year.
The Northallerton district is staging its fourth show this year and the youngsters are preparing a programme made up of all kinds of variety performances, with singing, dancing, acting and some big production numbers.
“It will give a flavour of the talents of our young people in the Scout and Guide groups from around the Northallerton area, which will surprise even their parents,” said a spokesman.
Shows will begin at 7pm each night with a 2pm matinee on the Saturday.
Tickets are available now at £7 for adults, and £4 for the over-60s and children aged 134 and under.
Call the booking line on 0845 644 2659.
