A GARDEN party was held to mark the handover of office at Thirsk Rotary Club.
Incoming President Malcolm Sollitt has taken over the role from Alistair Ratcliffe.
The party was attended by about 50 Rotary Club members and their partners at the home of Mr Ratcliffe and his wife Roberta.
In handing over the Presidency of the Thirsk club for the customary one year term (commencing July 1),Mr Ratcliffe reflected on another year of service by the Rotary club members in their local community, nationally and internationally.
He thanked the members in their respective committee groups for what they had achieved together.
