LEISURE centres across Hambleton are preparing for a busy week of activities to keep children occupied during half term.
As part of the Hyper Holidays programme the centres in Bedale, Northallerton, Stokesley and Thirsk have plans to keep even the most energetic of children busy.
Bedale Leisure Centre has crash courses in swimming over three days, as well as the opportunity to have a go at walking on water with the brand new Waterwalkerz.
Staff at the Hambleton Leisure Centre, in Northallerton are offering cooking sessions, Fitness Friday and Mayhem Madness, where youngsters can bounce on the bouncy castle, skate and take part in fun games.
At Stokesley Leisure Centre customers can get involved with a range of sports - including cricket, tag rugby and football, or show their more artistic side with recycled robots and collage making.
And Thirsk and Sowerby Leisure Centre has football coaching with Middlesbrough Football Club, family dance mat sessions, street dance and a Mini Olympics morning.
