POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they want to interview in connection with a raid on a leading tourist attraction.
Two men broke into the Sea Life Centre complex in Scarborough on Friday, April 29, and broke into the crazy golf kiosk through a metal shutter.
Both were caught on CCTV as they searched the kiosk and made off with £40 in cash and a dozen bottles of soft drink.
Although the face of one of the raiders was obscured, the other could be clearly seen and his image has now been made public by police.
PC Graeme Boast said: “Someone should be able to help us identify him from that picture and I am appealing for anyone who recognises him to contact the police or Crimestoppers.”
He added: “I would also appeal to anyone who saw any suspicious activity at the Sea Life Centre around the time of the incident to come forward.”
Anyone with information should contact police on 0845-60-60-247 or Crimestoppers on 0800-555-111.
