TWO new writing workshops that tackle very different types of storytelling are to be hosted by a professional author.
The workshops, which will be held at The Station, in Richmond, are Writing for Children and Looking Back, an introductory class on writing memoirs and autobiography.
Writing for Children takes place on Saturday, May 14, between noon and 4pm, and is an introductory workshop that explores styles, storylines, language and layouts for children aged 3-14. The workshop costs £15.
On Sunday, May 15, between 11am and 4pm, Looking Back will look at the basics of how to start and structure a memoir or autobiography and the differences between them.
The Looking Back workshop is priced at £20. Both events must be booked and paid for in advance.
