CRIME and anti-social behaviour have come under the spotlight in Northallerton over the past week.
The police’s local Safer Neighbourhood Team teamed up with partner agencies to tackle both issues as part of Not in my Neighbourhood Week.
Measures included increased high visibility patrols, a speed matrix, litter picking and various clean up activities.
Sergeant Simon Wilson said: "This campaign shows just how effective partnership working can be in the fight against crime and anti-social behaviour.
"The local Safer Neighbourhood Team and partner agencies have carried out a number of activities which have been highly visible to the public, to show we are determined to be successful in our bid to tackle quality of life crime in our communities."
